Research Your Allergy

Allergy Australia focuses on allergy research in the following areas:

  • Asthma
  • Eczema
  • Food Allergies
  • Hay Fever (Seasonal) –  focuses on seasonal allergic rhinitis related to pollen.
  • Hay Fever (Household) – rhinitis related to household allergies caused by dust, dust mites, pets, moulds & mildews etc.
A man with seasonal allergic rhinitis blows his nose. Sneezing is an allergy symptom common to Hay Fever sufferers.

As allergic sufferers are frequently allergic to more than one irritant, there is much overlap between the causes of allergic symptoms, but these categories can help you start and structure your Australian allergy research.

I’m in Canberra, do you sell from any stores here or only online?

I have a mattress, carpet cleaning and fabric upholstery cleaning business based in Brisbane. How do I organise purchase as I can’t read the Manu options on the site?

    Thanks, Daren, RevitaClean

      Hi Phil,

Thanks for your enquiry. Unfortunately, we don’t do custom quilt encasements, but can point you to companies in America that do. It would be a VERY expensive exercise. That being said, if you were to buy a larger size than your quilt, you would still enjoy the dust mite protection and wouldn’t notice the extra size. The way that we recommend you use our (plain white) doona covers, is to put them on your quilt and then put a normal, patterned doona cover over the top. You wash the dust mite encasement every 6-8 weeks, while washing the outside normal cover more frequently, for best dust mite protection.

      Kind Regards,

      Jon
